Learn how to manage your personal information

Invite a friend and receive one month of free Premium each.

Click on the "Contact Support" button and send a letter informing us of your desire to use the referral program.

Once your friend signs up and verifies their email, both of you will receive one month of free Premium.

To update your account profile information, click on ‘My Account.’

In the ‘Profile’ tab, you can edit details such as your company name, phone number, and email address. After making changes, click ‘Update Profile.’

In the ‘Settings’ tab, you have the option to permanently delete your account.

NOTE: Your account will only be deleted after seven days of inactivity. If you click ‘Continue’ but log in at least once within seven days, your account will not be deleted.

If you wish to delete your account, you can select a reason for doing so, then enter your current email and password. Next, click on ‘Remove Account Permanently’:

​You will then see a confirmation popup. Enter ‘DELETE’ to confirm the account deletion, and then click on ‘Delete My Account.’

Additionally, there is the option to disable email notifications. Simply click on the corresponding button on the settings page:

You can enable Personal Slack Notifications in the ‘Connected Apps’ tab.

Furthermore, there is an option to switch Uniskai to dark mode. Use the slider to toggle the mode.

Note: Dark mode is a setting that changes the background color of the Uniskai platform from lighter backgrounds to darker backgrounds.
