What does Acces Rule?
On the Teams page, you might see a green Access Rule icon. This icon means that an owner or administrator in your organisation has granted you access to some accounts that belong to a group.
Access rules can be created and assigned only to the Owner or admin of the organization. To do this, open Organization settings and select the "Access rule" page.
To create a new rule:
ββGo to the Access rule page and click the "New rule " button.
The owner or admin of the organization can select only one group and several accounts. But he can not leave the name, Group and Accounts fields empty. Groups display properly to the Azure console. Select all needed data and click the "Add new access rule" button:
β
A green pop-up appears and all data is saved properly:
The owner or Admin of the organization can also Delete or Edit the Access rule.
If the group is deleted, the user who belongs to it will lose their rights. Also if the user was removed from the group in the cloud console, he can not Log in on the site.
Changes will apply only after Log out and then Login
After logging in, a user belonging to the Group has all the accounts from the access rule and has read/write mode.
If you were registered earlier, and only now SSO is enabled, you must add some information in the linked accounts window after logging in to the site.
