Who Can Rename an Account
Only the following roles can rename a cloud account:
Organization Owner
Organization Admin
If a user without sufficient permissions attempts to rename an account, the option will not be available.
How to Rename an Account
Open Team Management from the left-side navigation panel (Only Owner or the Admin can see this functionality) .
Select Accounts management.
At the top of the page, open the View by dropdown.
Switch the view to Accounts.
Locate the account you want to rename in the accounts list.
Click the three-dot menu next to the selected account.
Select Rename from the dropdown menu.
In the Rename account modal: enter the new account name in the input field.
7. Click Save Changes to confirm.
Result
The account name is updated immediately.
The new name is displayed across the entire workspace and in every user.
Account permissions, connected resources, and resource identifiers remain unchanged.
The update is visible to all users who have access to the organization.
