This action can be performed only by an Organization Owner or an Organization Admin.
Once an account is deleted, it is removed for all users, including Owners, Admins, and regular members.
Access Requirements
To delete an account, the user must have one of the following roles:
Owner
Admin
Regular users do not have permission to delete accounts.
Where to Find the Delete (Disconnect) Option
To delete an account:
Navigate to Team Management โ Accounts management.
Make sure the view mode is set to Accounts.
Locate the account you want to delete.
Click the three-dot menu (โฎ) next to the account.
From the three-dot menu select Disconnect.
After clicking Disconnect, a confirmation modal appears.
The modal contains:
Cancel button (closes the modal without changes)
Disconnect button (confirms deletion)
To delete the account click Disconnect in the confirmation modal.
Result After Account Deletion
After the account is disconnected:
The account is removed from the Accounts list.
The account is no longer visible to any user within Uniskai
The account is not removed from your cloud provider
