User Guide: SSO Login with Microsoft or Google and Enabling MFA

Understand MFA and SSO.

What is SSO?

Single Sign-On (SSO) lets you use your corporate account (Microsoft or Google) to log in to all company systems with a single set of credentials.

  • One account = all services.

  • The system automatically detects your provider.

  • If your account is removed in Microsoft Entra ID or Google Admin, you lose access everywhere.

  • In SSO-only mode → login with email+password is disabled.

Login with email

  1. On the Sign in page, enter your corporate email.

  2. Click Continue.

  3. The system will redirect you to Google or Microsoft based on your domain.

Login with Google

  1. Click Continue with Google.

  2. Enter your corporate email and password.

  3. You’re logged in (no MFA).

Login with Microsoft

  1. Click Continue with Microsoft.

  2. Enter your corporate email and password/passwordless.

  3. You’re logged in (no MFA).

What is MFA?

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. After entering your email and password, you confirm your identity with:

  • A 6-digit code from Authenticator App.

  • A Recovery code (backup).

  • (Optional) SMS code.

If MFA is not enabled, the system will not prompt you for a code.

How to Enable MFA

  1. Go to Profile → Multi-Factor Authentication.

  2. Click Enable Authentication.

  3. Scan the QR code with your Authenticator app.

  4. Enter the 6-digit code.

  5. Save the Recovery code in a secure place.
    MFA is now enabled.

Logging in with SSO + MFA

If MFA is enabled, you’ll always see the verification screen after SSO login.

Google login + MFA

  1. Click Continue with Google.

  2. Enter email + password.

  3. MFA screen appears.

  4. Enter the 6-digit code.

  5. If needed, click Try another method → choose Recovery code.

Microsoft login + MFA

  1. Click Continue with Microsoft.

  2. Enter email + password/passwordless.

  3. MFA screen appears.

  4. Enter the 6-digit code or select another method.

On the MFA screen, check “Remember this device for 30 days” if you don’t want MFA prompts on this device for a month.
